STUDENT PROGRAMS
In August 2024, Soar2BMore hosted a Believing Achievers Back-to-School Rally for students in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The event introduced students to the Believing Achievers vision—encouraging them to start the school year with confidence, purpose, and faith.
Lawrencina was joined by a dynamic group of college students, the Believing Achievers Mentors (BAM), who served as small group leaders. Together, they created a fun, educational, and Christ-centered environment where students learned strategies and scriptures to help them see themselves as Believing Achievers.

The Believing Achievers Vision
The vision for Believing Achievers was planted over 15 years ago when Lawrencina served as a Sunday School teacher, Vacation Bible school leader, and Women’s Bible study leader at her mom’s church, Little Flock Community of Faith, in Minneapolis. Although the church was small, Lawrencina and her mom, Pastor Barbara Fountain-Mason, had big ideas and hosted big programs because they knew they served a BIG God.
Lawrencina’s mom introduced her to the Lord at a very early age, and instilled a strong spiritual foundation and self-confidence. Because of her mom’s constant support, Lawrencina believed she could do anything, and throughout her career, she has been on a mission to build that confidence in others.
In 2022, after her mom passed, Lawrencina found an old Family & Friends souvenir book from 2008. In the book, she saw a page where she announced the formation of Believing Achievers, which was going to be an educational ministry. After seeing this program, Lawrencina felt called to bring the vision to life, to honor her mom’s legacy.
After much prayer, Lawrencina took steps towards fulfilling the vision and planned an inaugural Believing Achievers event in 2024 with a summer kickoff event and the launch of Believing Achievers Mentors (BAM).
In Fall 2025, Lawrencina plans to continue to plant seeds of faith, hope, and confidence in students through the Believing Achievers workshops.
